If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, please contact us within 30 days at info (at) planetbulb.com. We will work with you to resolve all issues in a timely manner. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returned projector lamps.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
OR - you can email bulbs (at) planetbulb.com with your order number as a reference and we will be happy to assist you.

Please Note:  Items MUST be in the original packaging.  The inner box that the bulb comes in must not be marked on or damaged in any way for a credit or replacement to be considered.

Attention Projector Customers:

  1. If you order a bulb that you damage during installation or that does not fix your television, those items are not covered under warranty. You assume responsibility for your bulb when you install it in your television.
  2. Problems with color on your television are not related to the bulb. Only dimly lit displays or no display require a new bulb.
  3. When installing your projector lamps please be gentle. Do not force the lamp and housing into your projector or TV. Forcing the lamp can cause it to break, which is not covered under manufacturer warranty. If you ordered the wrong lamp, please contact us about returning it for a refund.
